By ordering from The Darling, you (the customer, client, purchaser, hereinafter party) agree to the Terms and Conditions. These conditions are governed by Dutch law. The conditions may change without notice. The content of the Website and the content of all other manifestations of The Darling are composed with the greatest care. The Darling can not provide any guarantees regarding the nature, content or accuracy of this information. The Darling is not liable for any errors or inaccuracies or for the consequences of the use of the information.

Price
All prices include 19% VAT. Prices can be changed without reasons. Often this occurs because of changes in suppliers. If the price be higher than indicated on the website, the other party gets the opportunity to cancel the order.

Images and descriptions
The use of our photos and text in any way whatsoever is not permitted without our written permission. Whether the photos now have a logo or watermark does not matter! Diversion is considered plagiarism and is actionable.

Order
The other party is a sales agreement when it clicked to confirm the final screen of the ordering process. The Darling reserves the right to refuse orders, or parts of orders of specific customers.

Payment
Payment in advance. Through IDEAL, Creditcard, Paypal or bank transfer.

Delivery
Items are shipped from Holland after payment is received. Should a package not be delivered by the appropriate carrier then a message with detailed delivery information will be left behind. If the product, after several times, can not be delivered, then it returns to The Darling. For each retry to re-send, shippingcosts are calculated. We aim to dispatch of at least 2 days after receiving your payment. This can sometimes take longer for example if a product is not in stock.
The shipping time is 1-5 working days and is usually via DHL or TNT. However, it is possible that it takes a little longer.
The Darling has no influence on that and is also not liable for it.

Viewing period
The products received by the other party has 7 days to view in this period the other party without giving reasons and return the product purchase undo.

Reporting Period
If the other party received the delivered products incomplete, then the party has a notification period of 7 days.

Returns
Complaints must be done immediately after delivery. All returned products must come back at The Darling in the same condition as you received them in, within 4 days. Shipping costs for return should be paid by the customer.
