About Us

The Darling started in 2009 with a sugarsweet shopping paradise in the middle of the Nine Streets area in Amsterdam.
After one and a half year we decided to come up with a webshop, so everyone from everywhere has the possibility to buy The Darling stuff.

When you enter our shops you feel like a child in a candystore. You really don't know where to start! Our collection is a mix of unique affordable brands, design and some vintage. It exists of clothing, accessories and jewellery.

To experience the ultimate 'candystore feeling' you can buy real sugarsweet cupcakes in our store and eat them in our 'Cupcake Café'. The Darling Cupcake Cafe is a hangout where you can drink coffee, tea or fresh juices and eat Macarons and cupcakes which look like little artworks.

Unfortunately we can't offer you real cupcakes on our webshop. So we want to fulfill your sweet dreams with some eyecandy, like our lookbook and blog where we come up with everything that inspires us. From creative ideas till interesting fashion trends and how to translate them in your own wardrobe.
